Günther's homemade ice cream is born from the technique and creativity of a South Tyrolean master who decided to open his own ice cream parlour in Rome. In the in-shop laboratory, a unique product comes to life, in which skilful technique, imaginative creativity and the careful choice of the best seasonal raw materials form the basis of everything.
